SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced paving companies, interested in performing approximately 760 square meters of asphalt paving works at Joe Rich Community Hall, 11481 Hwy33 E in Joe Rich, BC. Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP. A summary of the Work is as follows: Location: The Place of the Work is the Joe Rich Community Hall, located at 11481 Hwy 33 E, Kelowna, BC V1P 1K1 Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:
Form of Contract: The Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Edition Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP.
