SUMMARY:

Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites proposals from experienced strategic marketing and communication firms, to become the Regional District’s preferred Communication & Creative Services Agency.  The purpose of the RFP is to select one preferred agency that will enter into a ‘Standing Offer’ agreement with the Regional District to perform most of the Regional District’s communication, creative, marketing, media and associated services, on an ‘if, as and when required’ basis, over a 3-year contract term.  The contract term may be extended by a further two years, subject to mutual agreement between the parties, therefore providing for a potential 5-year contract term in total. 

Estimated Annual Volume: There will be no minimum or guaranteed quantity of services. Based on the Regional District’s various functions and marketing activities (including; Regional Parks, Regional Waste Reductions Office, the Central Okanagan Economic Development Commission, Dog Control, Mosquito Control, Regional Emergency Services, and Police Services), it is estimated that the total value of services executed with the selected firm will exceed $100,000 each year.
