SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals for the supply of winter janitorial services (the “Services”) for washroom and related facilities within some RDCO owned and operated Parks (the “Service Locations”), as detailed herein. The Contract Term shall commence on November 1, 2022 and shall expire on March 31, 2025 (the ‘Contract Term’). Contracts shall contain an option to extend the Term for an additional two years, at the Regional District’s sole discretion and subject to mutual agreement between the parties on pricing and terms. Should all extension options be executed, this shall allow for a potential total Contract Term of 5 years for each Lot. Further details on the requirements and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents. |
