Summary: Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals from organizations experienced in workforce and labor market analysis, for services to deliver a workforce profile and strategy for the Regional District of Central Okanagan. Timeline: The District anticipates executing a contract with the Consultant selected from this RFP no later than July 2, 2025. The Services will be performed over a period of 6.5 months, commencing anytime after July 14th 2025, with final completion of all Services and deliverables due no later than January 31, 2026. Maximum Budget: The District has a maximum budget of $80,000 plus GST available for all Services. Further details on the Services required, including; objectives, minimum requirements, and timeline, is detailed further in Part A of this RFP. |
