Summary: Through this Request for Quotation (RFQ), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “Regional District”) seeks quotations for the supply of equipment and supplies for its four fire departments. Further details on the requirements are provided under section 2 herein. The intent of this RFQ process is to award a 1-Year Standing Offer Contract, for the order of equipment/supplies on an ‘if, as, and when required’ basis, to the Respondent that submits a Quotation with the lowest Total Estimated 2026 Order Cost and that meets all other requirements stated in the RFQ.
