SUMMARY: This Request for Proposals is issued by the Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) on behalf of itself, and its public sector affiliates: the Okanagan Basin Water Board (OBWB), and Okanagan-Kootenay Sterile Insect Release Program (OKSIR). While the intent is for all organizations to award their contracts resulting from this RFP to the same provider, each of these 3 organizations are anticipated to execute their own independent contracts with that provider. This RFP invites Proposals from providers of cellular phone services and devices for the provision of a 3-year service plan, including new devices provided at the start of the contract. The 3-year service plan (Contract Term) may be extended by 2 further years at the sole option of the RDCO/OBWB/OKSIR. Further details are provided in Part A of the RFP Documents. |
