Summary: Through this Request for Quotation (RFQ), the Regional District of Central Okanagan seeks quotations from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of preventative maintenance services for Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning systems at various RDCO facilities. Further details on the requirements are provided under section 2 herein. The intent of this RFQ process is to award the contract for the Services to the quotation received containing the lowest Total Contract Price and which meets the requirements stated, subject to the Terms and Conditions under section 4.
