Summary: A brief summary of the Work is as follows: • Phased demolition of the existing fermented sludge pump and associated piping. • New concrete equipment pads. • Supply and installation of new fermented primary sludge pumps (x2), grinders (x2), and associated piping, valving, and equipment. • Note: the supply and installation of power feeds and electrical breakers, programming, and integration will be completed by others. Location: The Place of the Work is the Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WRWTP), located at 4261 Gellatly Road South, West Kelowna, BC, as shown on the Drawings. Contract Time: The following are key Milestone Dates required for the Work: • The Work may commence anytime after: November 30, 2026 • The Work must be Ready-For-Takeover no later than: August 31, 2027 Form of Contract: The Form of Contract to be executed between the District and the Contractor for the Work will be the CCDC2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract, as modified by Supplementary Conditions.
