Summary: Through this Request for Quotation (RFQ), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) seeks quotations to perform illegal dumpsite clean-ups and pickup of waste generated from community clean-up program (the “Services”) on behalf of the RDCO throughout the Central Okanagan region. The successful Respondent selected will be requested to enter into a Standing Offer Agreement for the Services on an ‘if, as, and when required’ basis for a 2 year term, with 3 optional extension years. Further details on the work required are provided under section 2 (Service Requirements). The intent of this RFQ process is to award the Standing Offer Agreement for the Services to the quotation received containing the lowest Total Estimated Cost, and which meets the requirements stated in the RFQ Document.
