Summary: Through this Request for Pre-Qualifications, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “Regional District” or “RDCO”) invites submissions from experienced website development firms that are interested in performing the services and work needed for the development of a new website to replace the RDCO’s existing site (rdco.com). The Regional District anticipates the project will be in 3 main phases: • Phase 1 (Nov 2020 -Jan 2021): Research, needs assessment, and content strategy. • Phase 2 (Feb to Aug 2021): Site development, training, and launch (to proceed only after all requirements of Phase 1 have been completed). • Phase 3: Ongoing Maintenance & Support The Regional District has a maximum budget of $80,000 excluding GST for Phases 1 and 2 only. The intent of this Request for Pre-Qualifications is to create a shortlist of up to four pre-qualified organizations that will be subsequently invited to participate in a second stage Request for Proposals.
