The Regional District requires the supply of a large pickup truck (Dodge 5500 or Ford F550 or equivalent), (the “Equipment”) which will be used as a fleet service truck to perform the following functions: • Respond to on and off-road repairs, • Provide mobile service to emergency vehicles, • Working in steep hillside and wooded terrain, and • Transportation of fire equipment and parts (i.e. pumps, transmissions etc.). A full Specifications Checklist, which details on all of the requirements and preferences for the equipment is contained in Appendix B of Part D in this RFP. The Regional District has a preference for delivery of the Equipment by September 30, 2019. |
