Summary: Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “Regional District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing building renovation works at the Regional District’s EECO Centre, located at 2363 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC, as detailed further in Division 1 of this RFP. Location: The location of the work is 2363 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. Schedule: The Work must commence after September 30th, 2019. Substantial Performance of the work must be achieved no later than December 20th, 2019. Construction Budget: The Regional District’s budget for this Work is not being disclosed. |
