Summary: Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) invites Proposals from professional consulting service organizations experienced in the development of Liquid Waste Management Plans (LWMP) for municipal liquid waste services in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the Province of British Columbia, to provide such services to the District for the update of its Central Okanagan Westside LWMP. The Central Okanagan Westside LWMP Update will occur over 2 phases as follows:
The District seeks to enter into a long-term contractual agreement with one experienced organization and team, covering all phases, to provide consistency across the Westside LWMP update. Evaluation of proposals to this RFP is heavily weighted to the expertise and experience of the Respondent organization and proposed team members, as detailed further herein. Further details on the background, key objectives of the Westside LWMP Update, and minimum service tasks and deliverables required are provided in the RFP. |
