SUMMARY:

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing works to supply and install pre-cast concrete washrooms at the following locations:

Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:

  • The Work may commence anytime after: July 31, 2024.
  • Substantial Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than:  October 31st, 2024
  • Total Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than 30 days following Substantial Performance.

Form of Contract: The Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Edition Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP.
