Summary: Through this Request for Pre-Qualifications, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites submissions from manufacturers and/or vendors of bear-resistant residential waste carts that are interested in supplying bear-resistant carts to the Regional District for the next five years. This Request for Pre-Qualifications is the first stage of a two-stage process to select the Regional District’s preferred supplier for the next five years. Following selection of the supplier, the Regional District anticipates placing an initial order for an estimated 500 carts, with top-up orders occurring over the following five years. Further details on the cart requirements and instructions on how to submit are provided in the attached RFQual document. |
