Summary: Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals for the supply of consulting Services to complete the detailed design and engineering for the TWAS Vault Expansion at the Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 4261 Gellatly Rd S, West Kelowna, as described further in Part A herein. The attached RFP document sets-out: the details of the Services required; the process for submission, evaluation and award of the Contract; the terms and conditions of the Contract; plus forms which outline the information a Respondent to this RFP should submit in their Proposal. |
