SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing works to complete a watermain extension approximately 160 metres in length, plus associated site works, for the expansion of the Falcon Ridge Water System located on Peregrine Road near Highway 33 within the community of Joe Rich, east of Kelowna, BC. Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP. A summary of the Work is as follows: Location: The Place of the Work is Peregrine Road, Kelowna, BC, as shown on the Drawings. Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:
Form of Contract: The Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Edition Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP. Full details of the Work and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents. |
