SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing repair and rehabilitation work to rectify deteriorating concrete in the primary effluent channel at the District’s Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WRWTP). Full details of the Work required is provided in the RFP document. Location: The Place of the Work is the Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WRWTP) located at 4261 Gellatly Rd S, West Kelowna, BC., as shown on the Drawings. Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:
Form of Contract: The Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Edition Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP. |
