Description:  Summary:
Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals from
experienced signage suppliers to be the exclusive supplier of signage for Regional Parks over the next
three years (2019 to 2021).
The signage requirements in this RFP are split into 3 ‘Lots’. Respondents to this RFP may submit a
proposal based on one, two or all three lots. The 3 Lots are as follows:
• Lot A: Interpretation Sign Frames and Panels
• Lot B: Wooden Entrance Signs and Wooden Posts
• Lot C: Metal Post Caps & Saddle Brackets
The attached RFP document sets-out: the details of the Equipment and Services required; the process for
submission, evaluation and award of the Contract; the terms and conditions of the Contract; plus forms
which outline the information a Respondent to this RFP should submit in their Proposal.
