SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals for the supply of janitorial services for washroom and related facilities within some RDCO owned and operated Parks. The Contract Term shall commence on June 1, 2022 and shall expire on February 28, 2025. Contracts shall contain an option to extend the Term for an additional two years, at the Regional District’s sole discretion and subject to mutual agreement between the parties on pricing and terms. Should all extension options be executed, this shall allow for a potential total Contract Term of 5 years for each Lot. Service Locations are split into ‘Lots’. Respondents to this RFP may submit proposals based on all or some lots. The Regional District will evaluate and award the contract for each Lot separately. Further details on the requirements and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents. |
