SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) invites Proposals for the provision of turf maintenance, mowing, trimming and associated services (the “Services”) at the following regional and community park locations (the “Service Locations”): Note: Service Locations are split into 2 Zones (‘Central’ Zone and ‘West’ Zone). Respondents to this RFP must submit a proposal based on both Zones together as one Contract. As a result of this RFP, the District shall execute one Contract to one Contractor only, covering all Service Locations.
The Services Term may be extended by three further Growing Seasons, at the sole discretion of the District and subject to mutual agreement between the parties on pricing and terms. Should all extension options be exercised, this would result in a total Services Term of 5 Growing Seasons. Further details on the requirements and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents. |
