SUMMARY:

Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (referred to herein as the “RDCO” / “Regional District” / “Owner”) invites Proposals for a Contractor to perform various redevelopment works at Kopje Regional Park, including:

  • Redevelopment of an existing building demolitions site and small gravel parking area into a new turf area,
  • Landscaping works,
  • Irrigation system works,
  • Timber crib steps, and
  • A gravel vehicle drive lane.

Substantial Performance for all Work must be achieved no later than September 30, 2021.  Note: the RDCO has a preference for Substantial Performance to be achieved before July 2, 2021 if possible.

The Place of the Work is: Kopje Regional Park, 15480 Carrs Landing Road in Lake Country, BC.  The park will remain open to the public during the construction works.
