SUMMARY:

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing demolition and associated remediation services for the following 3 structures:

  • Washroom/Change room building at Kaloya Regional Park, 16061 Trask Rd, Lake Country, BC V4V 2H9 (all Work must be complete before August 31st, 2024)
  • Washroom/Change room building at Kopje Regional Park, 15480 Carrs Landing Rd, Lake Country, BC V4V 1C4 (all Work must be complete before August 31st, 2024)
  • Washroom building at Bertram Creek Regional Park, 5680 Lakeshore Rd, Kelowna, BC V1W 4J4 (all Work must be complete before August 31st, 2024)
