Summary: Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) invites Proposals from organizations that are experienced in the provision of online booking software plus associated services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), to provide such software to enable the booking of facilities and programs across the Regional District’s parks department. The Services shall commence on April 1st, 2025 and continue for a base contract term of three years. The base contract term may be extended by two further one-year periods, at the sole discretion of the District and subject to mutual agreement on extension pricing and terms. Should all extension options be executed, this will result in a total 5-year contract term. Full details on the requirements and how to submit a proposal are contained in the RFP document. |
