Summary:

Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “Regional District” or “District”) invites Proposals from experienced suppliers of public signage, to be the exclusive supplier of specific ‘Lots’ of Wayfinding and Interpretation Sign Frames and/or Sign Panels for use in its Regional Parks service.  The Regional District intends to enter into a Standing Offer Contract with a Supplier for each of the following five ‘Lots’, covering an initial 3-year base contract term (calendar years 2024 to 2026):

  • Lot A - Supply of Entrance Timber Signs
  • Lot B - Supply of Aluminum Sign Frames
  • Lot C - Supply of Steel Caps, Saddles, and Hangers
  • Lot D - Supply of the Aluminum and Composite Wayfinding & Interpretive Signage,
  • Lot E - Supply of Carsonite Posts and Decals

Respondents to this RFP may submit proposals based on one or multiple Lots.  The Regional District will evaluate and award the Standing Offer Contract for each Lot separately.
