SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals for the supply, delivery, assembly, and installation of:
Place of the Work: the buildings are to be installed at various Regional Park locations throughout the Central Okanagan, as shown by locations 1 to 10 marked on the map of Exhibit A. Timeline: the Regional District anticipates executing a contract with the successful Respondent before June 10, 2022. The preference is for all buildings to be installed before October 15, 2022. The Regional District seeks proposals which offer the best overall value for taxpayers and therefore Respondents are encouraged to include in their Pricing Proposal; any price discounts which would apply if supply of materials/equipment is covered under a Province of British Columbia Corporate Supply Agreement or the Canoe Procurement Group of Canada program. Further details on the requirements and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents. |
