SUMMARY Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan seeks to select a preferred contractor to perform the supply and install water meter pits primarily for new service connections at RDCO water systems as they arise. Location: the Place of the Work is the properties located within any of the District’s water systems, located as shown on the enclosed map. Term: the Term of the proposed contract will initially be for 1 year. The term may be extended for a period of up to four further years, at the sole discretion of the District, and subject to mutual agreement between the parties on terms and pricing. Should all extension options be executed, this may lead to a total contract Term of 5 years. Further details on the requirements and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents. |
