Summary: Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan seeks proposals for a contract, over one year plus four potential extension years, to be the Regional District’s exclusive provider of fire department radio / pager equipment, as well as maintenance services on that equipment. Equipment and Services provided will be to supply all radio and pager equipment needs for the four Regional District paid-on-call fire departments: • North Westside Fire Rescue • Ellison Volunteer Fire Department • Wilsons Landing Fire Department • Joe Rich Fire Department The contract term will run from June 1, 2019 to May 30, 2020. The contract may be extended by four further one-year periods, upon mutual agreement between the parties on pricing and terms. Further details on the specifications and service requirements are provided in Part A of the RFP. |
