SUMMARY Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan seeks to select a preferred contractor that will perform the majority of construction / improvement projects, where each individual project is less than $75,000 total value, at RDCO Regional and Community Parks over the next 3 years (March 2021 to February 2024). While no minimum volume of work shall be guaranteed to the Contractor selected from this RFP, the Regional District anticipates a steady stream of small projects each year, including; trail and crib steps construction, gate and fence installation, retaining walls, sign installation, construction of viewpoint platforms and ground works for pre-cast washroom placement.
