Summary:Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals from organizations experienced in consulting services related to sensitive ecosystems, to provide a Sensitive Ecosystem Inventory (“SEI”) Update, in order to facilitate land-use planning and land stewardship. Timeline: The District anticipates executing a contract with the Consultant selected from this RFP during early December 2022. The Services will be performed over a period of approximately 15 months, with interim deliverables due in March 2023, and all Services completed prior to March 4, 2024. Maximum Budget: The District has a maximum budget of $85,000 plus GST available for all Services. Further details on the Services required, including; objectives, minimum requirements, and timeline, is detailed further in Part A of this RFP.
