Description:  Summary:
Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals from
experienced flooring companies to replace approximately 3908 square feet of vinyl flooring at the
Regional District’s main administration office, at 1450 KLO Road, Kelowna, BC. All work must be
completed prior to November 30, 2019.
This RFP document sets-out: the Scope of Work required; the process for submission, evaluation and
award of the Contract; the terms and conditions of the Contract; plus forms which outline the
information a Respondent to this RFP should submit in their Proposal.
No Bid Security / Bond, Performance Bond, or Labour & Material Payment Bond will be required as part
of this RFP process or resulting Contract.
