Summary:Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals from experienced recreational equipment suppliers and installers for the design, fabrication and installation of picnic shelter and playground structures across 5 Regional District Parks. The 5 individual projects are divided into 3 ‘Lots’ as summarized in the following table:
Respondents to this RFP may submit a proposal based on one, multiple, or all three lots. The Regional District seeks proposals which offer the best overall value for taxpayers and therefore Respondents are encouraged to identify any price discounts which could apply if multiple Lots are awarded as one contract. Full details on the Work requirements are provided in the attached RFP documents. |
