Summary:

Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) invites Proposals from organizations that are experienced in delivering Development Application Software for Canadian local governments. The objective for the District is to procure Software that effectively supports the District’s operations across the functional areas of; Business Licensing, Building Permits & Inspections, and Planning Applications; including an online customer portal.

The following table provides a summary of the District’s required modules for the Software, along with the District’s preferred implementation schedule and contract stages.
