SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced demolition companies, interested in performing demolition and associated services to demolish five structures at the District’s Westside Transfer Station in West Kelowna. A summary of the Work is as follows:
Location: The Place of the Work is the Westside Transfer Station (WTS), located at 2640 Asquith Road, West Kelowna, BC, as shown on the Drawings. Form of Contract: The Form of Contract to be executed between the District and the Contractor for the Work will be the CCDC2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract, as modified by Supplementary Conditions. Full details of the Work required is provided in the RFP documents. |
