1. Overview – Trucks Required: This RFP is an invitation to submit proposals for the supply of up to 3 pickup trucks, which the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “Regional District”) prefers to be delivered prior to February 28, 2020. 2. Equipment Required: The Regional District requires the supply of the following pickup trucks, (the “Equipment”), which are split into the following 3 ‘Lots’: Lot A: MIDSIZED ¼ TON TRUCK, QUAD CAB Lot B: 1/2 TON SINGLE CAB PICKUP Lot C: FULL SIZE, CREW CAB, SHORT BED, ½ TON A full Specifications Checklist, which details on all of the requirements and preferences for the equipment is contained in Appendix B of Part D in the RFP document. Respondents to this RFP may submit a proposal based on one, two or all three Lots. The Regional District may order all Lots from one Supplier, or may split the order, based on the evaluation method described herein.
