Summary: Full details of the Work required is provided in Divisions 01 and 15, plus Exhibits A to B of this RFP. A summary of the Work is as follows: • Removal of two existing blowers and associated concrete pads and process air piping. • New concrete equipment pads. • All labour, equipment, and materials required to complete installation of one District supplied Atlas Copco process air blower. The process air blower supply generally includes the process blower, harmonic filter, and piping expansion joints. • Supply and install process air piping and valving and complete connections. • Restoration of all impacted areas. • The supply and installation of power feeds and electrical breakers, programming, and integration will be completed by others. Location: The Place of the Work is the Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WRWTP), located at 4261 Gellatly Road South, West Kelowna, BC, as shown on the Drawings. Contract Time: The following are key Milestone Dates required for the Work: • The anticipated blower delivery date: April 27, 2026 • The Work may commence anytime after: May 3, 2026 • The Work must be Ready-For-Takeover no later than: October 31, 2026 Form of Contract: The Form of Contract to be executed between the District and the Contractor for the Work will be the CCDC2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract, as modified by Supplementary Conditions.
